In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to managers, providing professional guidance across a broad range of HR matters, including transactional HR activity. You will support Managers with employee relations cases, manage end-to-end recruitment processes, and help ensure that policies and procedures are applied consistently and effectively.

Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, you will use HR systems to manage processes, produce and analyse data, and provide insights that support informed decision-making. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of HR practices and service delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers across HR matters, including transactional activity.
  • Support managers with employee relations cases.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Ensure policies and procedures are applied consistently and effectively.
  • Use HR systems to manage processes, produce and analyse data, and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of HR practices and service delivery.
Qualifications
  • Strong background in a generalist HR role, with experience managing complex employee relations issues and advising managers at all levels.
  • CIPD qualified (or working towards).
  • Excellent communication skills, sound judgement, and a proactive, solution-focused approach.
