We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and driven Project Manager to join our Safe Homes Team, leading the delivery of highâimpact building safety projects across our housing portfolio. This role sits at the heart of our building safety programme, with a particular focus on fire safety works within higherârisk buildings. You will take ownership of complex, highâvalue projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, compliantly and with a clear focus on resident outcomes.
Our work is shaped by the evolving requirements of the Building Safety Act 2022, The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 and the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022. As such, we are looking for someone who understands the regulatory landscape and can confidently apply it in practice, balancing technical compliance with a pragmatic, deliveryâfocused approach.
A key part of this role is recognising that building safety is not just about buildings, it is about people. You will lead projects in a way that reflects a strong, personâcentred approach, ensuring residents and leaseholders are informed, engaged and supported throughout the lifecycle of works.
