We have an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and motivated individual to join our Safe Homes Team, supporting a critical service area focused on building safety and statutory compliance.

Our team is responsible for ensuring the safety of residents across a range of compliance areas including fire safety, gas, electrical, lifts, water hygiene and asbestos. With a significant programme of inspections underway, this role is essential in providing the administrative and coordination support that enables our officers to remain out on site, carrying out safety‐critical inspections.

You will play a key role in supporting the delivery of this fast‐paced service. This will include:

  • Coordinating inspection programmes
  • Managing compliance records
  • Handling data returns
  • Supporting complaint responses
  • Ensuring that all documentation is accurate, complete and readily accessible
