The Neighbourhood Delivery are at the heart of delivering essential services to residents across the Dacorum Borough. Our frontline teams play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the borough. From parks to open spaces, trees and woodlands, street cleaning and grounds maintenance, to cemeteries and bereavement services, parking operations and the management of our garage portfolio, these services have a direct impact on the communities we serve.

In April 2026, we launched our new 3-year Garages Business Plan and as part of this, we are looking to increase occupancy of our garage stock across the borough. This role is key to us delivering this.

A key part of the role will involve supporting the promotion and advertising of garages through social media channels and a new digital lettings platform, helping to attract new customers and maximise garage uptake across the borough. You will work closely with the Commercial Manager – Garages and Garage Management Officers in supporting the effective letting and management of void garages across the borough.

This varied and rewarding role will see you working at the forefront of a modernising service, helping to improve occupancy levels, enhance the customer service experience, and support income generation through both traditional and digital approaches.

We are looking for an individual who is customer focused, enjoys a varied workload, is target driven, organised, and able to use digital platforms and is creative in their approach.

We are an equal opportunities employer. Candidates with a disability who meet the essential criteria will be interviewed. Applicants must have a driving licence that is valid in the UK. A Basic check will be undertaken with the Disclosure and Barring Service to ensure that the successful candidate has no relevant convictions.
