Dacorum Borough Council is looking for a reliable Communal Area Cleaner to join the Estate Services Team on a permanent basis. You will work across housing estates and supported housing schemes, delivering routine cleaning and ensuring communal areas are safe and welcoming for residents and visitors.
You will perform specialist cleaning when trained, identify and report safety issues, and interact professionally with residents. A Basic DBS check will be required for the successful candidate.
