An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Clean, Safe and Green Team as an Area Team Leader. You will work closely with the CSG Supervisors and Management Team to resolve basic job-related problems and coordinate the daily and weekly work programme of your team to achieve the desired output and standards.
Responsibilities
- Resolve basic job-related problems.
- Coordinate the daily and weekly work programme of your team.
- Drive and maintain triple mowers, 3.5 tonne tipper vehicles with trailer, small plant and equipment.
- Undertake minor repairs to equipment in the field.
- Successfully manage projects and work with contractors to ensure work is completed to a satisfactory standard.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Physically fit and able to undertake specialised works associated with the Clean Safe and Green Service.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Full valid driving licence essential and must be valid in the UK.
- Desirable: Current certificate in Herbicide application PA1/PA6.
- Must satisfy and demonstrate the essential criteria in the person specification, up to and including Band 7.
The posts are based at the Cupid Green Depot, Redbourn Road, Hemel Hempstead.
