This exciting opportunity has arisen for a vacancy within the Property Service. You will be joining a supportive and professional team where you will be required to analyse data, provide reports and input information into our asset management system.

Collating data from a variety of sources is an integral part of the role. This ensures that data quality is maintained for the council’s housing stock, which assists with the development of future investment programmes around sustainability, refurbishment and planned works.

You will be required to understand and manipulate data in a number of IT systems. This allows us to manage our housing stock to achieve statutory compliance, and meet our tenants’ needs. Working with colleagues across our Housing Service is an essential part of the role.

The ability to build strong and meaningful relationships with colleagues and various contractors is required as well as tact, diplomacy and analytical skills. You will have excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to achieve defined performance targets.

This role will suit an adaptable, flexible, individual who is committed to ensuring a high-quality standard of work and continually seeks to improve performance.

A Basic Disclosure check will be undertaken with the Disclosure and Barring Service to ensure that the successful candidate has no relevant convictions.
