We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service to join our team. If you\\\'re someone who enjoys helping others and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, we want to hear from you.

As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible service across multiple channels, including telephone, face-to-face interactions, and email.

It is essential that you can demonstrate you have a good level of general education, including English and Maths, as well as excellent communication skills. In addition to proficient IT skills, you should have experience of delivering customer service to a high standard and be able to demonstrate good listening and questioning skills.

The role offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement, where once trained you will have the opportunity to work from home or within the Council offices. Flexibility in shift patterns and the ability to work in Hemel Hempstead, Berkhamsted, or Tring is required.
