We're looking for a Project Lead to join our Digital, Transformation and Strategy (DTS) team at a pivotal time for the Council. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and shape a diverse portfolio of projects across the organisation, support the ongoing development of our centralised PMO, and play a key role in major change programmes including Local Government Review (LGR).
You're an experienced project professional with analytical and communication skills, comfortable working independently or collaboratively. You excel at managing complexity, turning insights into recommendations, and engaging stakeholders. You're passionate about improving project delivery and raising PMO standards.
