This is an exciting opportunity to join the Planning Department’s busy Business Support Team, supporting a key project to migrate Local Land Charges data to the national register. The role plays an important part in ensuring data is accurately prepared, maintained and processed, providing valuable support to colleagues across the Local Land Charges and Business Support Teams.
This is a zero hours (casual) contract, meaning there are no guaranteed weekly hours. Work will be offered on an as-and-when required basis, depending on project demand. As the project progresses, workloads are expected to vary, with some busier periods and some quieter periods.
Requirements- Enthusiastic candidates with high standards of literacy and numeracy.
- Strong IT skills and the ability to carry out accurate administrative and data handling tasks.
- Previous experience working with data or within a busy office environment would be advantageous.
- Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Provide support to the Planning Department’s Business Support Team on a project to migrate Local Land Charges data to the national register.
- Assist with data preparation, maintenance and processing to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Collaborate with internal colleagues to support service delivery and project progress.
