The role is for a Property Manager based on site in the Portsmouth area Mon-Fri 8-4.30pm. The successful applicant will have previous experience as a Leasehold Property Manager. You will be responsible for the day to day management of one large estate and will be expected to have an understanding of leases, service charge accounting and Section 20 consultation. You will be responsible for organising and supervising minor works, general maintenance contracts and dealing with your own administrative tasks. You will be working with the Senior Property Manager who will oversee the site whilst providing training and support.

Responsibilities

  • Liaising with clients and leaseholders
  • Regular property inspections
  • Preparing maintenance plans
  • Arranging major works projects in compliance with Section 20
  • Arranging and supervising minor works
  • Arranging and attending client Company AGM’s and Director’s meetings
  • Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and Fire Risk Assessments

A minimum of two years’ experience as a leasehold property manager will be required.

Qualifications

TPI and/or RICS qualification preferred.
