Dacie Clean - Daintie, PODBOSS & LVP
Full-time | On-site | London
Please do not apply if you are not in the UK.
No freelancers, this is a permanent position.
We are on the hunt for an E-commerce Manager to build and grow the online commercial engine across our brands' websites, marketplaces, distributor platform and sales funnels.
The job is simple: make every product easy to find, easy to buy, correctly listed, properly connected, properly tracked and commercially understood.
This is a hands-on role for someone who genuinely understands e-commerce systems: Shopify, Amazon, websites, product feeds, Klaviyo, funnels, tracking, reporting, conversion, stock visibility and all the quiet details that quietly make or lose a business money every day.
It is also a proper sales-generating role, not just backend admin.
Every new marketplace is another revenue stream.
Every working funnel is another way to convert demand.
Every dropshipper, distributor or wholesale partner who plugs in our products is another channel.
About us
We're an entrepreneurial Aussie family, originally from Melbourne, with quite a few businesses across the US and Australia. Everything from caravans to arborist machinery to lab and medical products. So we're not an agency, but you'll get to work across a genuinely diverse range of products and brands.
We opened our London office at Westbourne Studios in January 2026 as we push some of our brands into Europe, so we're still very much early days. You'd be joining as one of the early members of our London crew - soon accompanied by our Brand & PR Manager and Sales Manager - and we're hoping to find the right people to grow with and build a really fun, supportive and chilled culture.
Here in the UK, Dacie Clean is made up of three main brands: Daintie, PODBOSS and LVP. Daintie is our main D2C brand, making specialised laundry care for intimate and period stains. PODBOSS sells wholesale convenience sized and B2B bulk detergent. LVP is focused on laundry vending machines and laundrette supplies. Across the group we're building niche, practical consumer and trade brands with clear positioning, strong product-market fit and serious growth potential.
After three years adapting our US products for Europe, they're finally arriving in the UK.. hooray, it has been a long process. We're a small team that is pretty much building the plane while flying it (responsibly of course). Structure and processes are still forming, so there's real room to shape how things are done.
As part of our European expansion we're also hiring a:
- Brand & PR Manager
- Sales Manager
- Brand Strategist/Copywriter
If you know great people for those, mention it in a BLUE box in the top right-hand corner of your application.
The Role
You'll manage and improve our e-commerce channels across multiple brands, working across Amazon, Shopify, our websites, distributor platforms, product feeds, dropship channels and new marketplaces in the UK, US and Europe.
Amazon experience is very useful however we also need help around the full e-commerce machine: Shopify, Klaviyo, funnels, feeds, tracking, marketplaces, distributor portals, subscriptions, reviews, reporting, SEO and making sure the systems actually connect and perform.
You won't be designing assets or writing the copy yourself. We have designers and copywriters for that. Your job is to brief what is needed, set up the technical side properly, and make sure the work turns into sales.
You'll be responsible for:
- Managing product listings, SKUs, parent-child variations, variants, bundles, pricing, inventory, catalogue structure and product pages
- Keeping Shopify, websites, Amazon and marketplaces accurate, connected, optimised and commercially clean
- Building and maintaining our master product file across countries, platforms and sales channels
- Managing titles, meta titles, meta descriptions, product descriptions, SEO copy inputs, URLs, redirects, internal linking and collection/category structure
- Improving on-page SEO, technical SEO basics, schema markup, structured data, crawlability, indexation, canonical tags, alt text, site speed and landing page performance
- Setting up and improving Klaviyo flows, funnels, forms, lead capture, pop-ups, segmentation and customer journeys
- Managing product feeds, Google Merchant Centre, feed rules, GTINs, MPNs, barcodes, attributes, taxonomy, shopping feeds and catalogue errors
- Managing tracking, pixels, UTMs, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, conversion events and attribution reporting
- Supporting subscriptions, loyalty, referrals, reviews, review requests, UGC capture and repeat purchase systems
- Expanding us beyond Amazon into the right marketplaces, dropship platforms, wholesale platforms and distributor channels
- Managing marketplace setup, account health, suppressed listings, feed errors, fulfilment settings, shipping templates, return settings and compliance fields
- Making sure new products are e-commerce ready before launch, with listings, assets, copy, feeds, tracking, email flows and promotions ready before go-live
- Supporting paid media setup, product catalogues, shopping campaigns, retargeting audiences, creative briefs and performance tracking where relevant
- Improving SEO basics, backlinks, landing pages, lead magnets, customer quizzes, upsells, cross-sells and conversion journeys
- Keeping returns, refunds, chargebacks, order issues, helpdesk workflows and post-purchase systems clean
- Reporting clearly on revenue, conversion rate, AOV, CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, repeat purchase, marketplace performance, stock risks and what needs fixing
Please tell us about your experience on any relevant e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, tools or systems, especially:

You'll be detail-obsessed, organised, comfortable in spreadsheets and backend systems, and able to run multiple brands, SKUs, accounts and platforms without losing control.
We are very pro-automation and new tech. If there is a faster, cleaner way to do something through AI, Zapier, Make, Shopify apps, feed tools, dashboards, automations, PIM systems or marketplace integrations, we want someone who spots the friction and removes it.
You'll work closely with the Founder, Brand Designer, Copywriter, Brand & PR Manager, Sales Manager, UK and US warehouse teams, and our US web and marketing support.
Success in this role looks like clean systems, working funnels, accurate listings, healthy feeds, useful reporting, stronger SEO foundations, better conversion, new sales channels, fewer technical headaches and a sharper commercial machine.
Bonuses are linked to new marketplaces or sales channels.
Exceptional means you're not just maintaining channels - you're creating new revenue routes.
Location
Full-time, on-site in London. We also offer up to two months of remote work a year if you want to travel - and we'll cover co-working space fees while you're off adventuring.
How to Apply
- CV: Send your CV or a short overview of your ecommerce experience. If you have examples of marketplaces, websites, Shopify stores, funnels, Klaviyo flows, dashboards, product feeds or systems you've worked on, include them a technical portfolio is just as welcome as a traditional CV. Bonus points if the word Detergent is in there somewhere so we know you read this properly.
- "Cover letter": Please don't send a traditional corporate cover letter. We're far more interested in who you are, how you think, what gives you energy and why this role genuinely interests you. Think of it less like a cover letter and more like a thoughtful, casual introduction a short note, one-page PDF, a presentation, a Loom video, Notion-style page, or whatever format feels natural.
We'd love to know what work makes you feel most useful, what you're naturally good at, what people rely on you for, the kind of problems you enjoy solving, the systems or automations you've loved building, why this role caught your attention, and a bit of your personality. It doesn't need to be formal we care more about how you think, your curiosity, initiative and self-awareness.
The goal: to understand whether we'd work well together.
