Responsibilities:
- Processing and managing information relating to inbound trailers and shipments.
- Handling customs and import documentation for goods arriving from across Europe.
- Scheduling deliveries and collections to meet operational requirements.
- Registering and tracking shipments using the DACHSER Transport Management System.
- Maintaining accurate records, delivery notes, and operational paperwork.
- Supporting fleet administration activities to help ensure vehicle compliance and operational efficiency.
- Assisting the wider Inbound and Fleet teams with administrative and operational tasks.
- Ensuring documentation is completed accurately and within required deadlines.
- Supporting the introduction of new systems, technology, and process improvements.
- Communicating with colleagues, drivers, customers, and external partners.
- Following company procedures, customs regulations, and health & safety standards.
