The NOC Engineer is responsible for the proactive monitoring, operation, and continuous improvement of network services, ensuring stable and secure connectivity for business operations worldwide.
Monitor network performance and infrastructure health using enterprise monitoring tools.
Responsibilities
- Monitor network performance and infrastructure health using enterprise monitoring tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network incidents to minimize service disruptions.
- Manage and prioritize operational tickets in accordance with SLA requirements.
- Escalate complex issues to specialized teams and coordinate incident resolution.
- Maintain network availability, stability, and performance across all supported locations.
- Managing network related branch projects.
- Other duties as assigned by the manger.
Requirements
- Relevant technical degree / experience in IT and (if possible) Logistics.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in IT or Project Management.
- Strong knowledge of LAN, WAN, WLAN, routing, switching, and network troubleshooting.
- Experience with network monitoring and incident management tools.
- Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple support teams.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple incidents, and work independently under pressure.
- Keen perception and "hands-on" mentality
