Purpose Of the Role:
Support and development of customer portfolio based on defined KPIs and targets. Implementation and further development of administrative sales and customer service relevant processes.
Responsibilities:
- Establishing contact with existing and potential customers / customer development
- Creation and maintenance of all sales-relevant customer information & reporting, via our CRM system
- Assess customer needs and provide tailored pricing & advice to enhance revenue and maintain a competitive advantage for the customer
- Daily customer specific account management & communication to include service updates on collections/deliveries
- Co‑ordinating professionally and efficiently with other departments to ensure successful operating of customer accounts/business
- Prepare customer KPI reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement
- Provide ongoing support to field sales teams to strengthen client engagement
- Oversee the management of key client accounts, ensuring consistent service quality and retention
- Maintain regular communication with customers to update delivery timelines and resolve any issues promptly
