Your Role:
- Work closely with customers to deliver the best service within given timeframes.
- Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers, proactively communicating any changes or delays.
- Liaise regularly via phone and email with partners, customers, departments, and suppliers.
- Handle general administrative tasks including order entry and customs documentation.
- Support the team with additional duties as needed.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented environment.
What Training Will the Apprentice Receive?
- Completion of a Level 3 Customer Service qualification.
- Functional skills in maths and English, if required.
- A blend of on-the-job and off-the-job training, with the location and schedule to be confirmed.
- Opportunity for rotation through other departments to gain broader experience.
