Dace Motor Group are looking for a new addition to join our Administration/Receptionist team as our full time Admin. We are a family run business and have grown over the years to have 4 branches based in Stockport & Manchester.
Your role:
- Answering the phones, taking new enquiries, directing customers to the sales team and taking messages
- Liaising with the sales team and other admin
- Filing/scanning
- File creation
- Chasing necessary paperwork
- Auditing your own and others work
- Checking stock
- Opening and distributing post
An ideal candidate should be:
- Organised and able to prioritise
- Well-spoken on the phone and have good communication skills
- Able to use different computer programs such as Microsoft Excel
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
- Able to work in a busy environment
The hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 - 18:00. Training will be provided.
