In this role you handle a mixed caseload of credit hire and vehicle damage claims for a broad insurer and corporate client base.
You will work within the Vehicle Hire and Damage Team to deliver end-to-end dispute resolution while shaping client strategies and contributing to team performance.

Responsibilities
- Manage a busy caseload of mixed-value credit hire and damage claims
- Progress files proactively to meet client service standards and commercial expectations
- Raise emerging risk or compliance issues and escalate where appropriate
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve team performance and motivation
- Maintain financial awareness and meet targets
- Share information and contribute to team-wide communication
- Support client training, events, and other business development activities
- Keep up-to-date with the firm's data security protocols and strategic objectives
- Key requirements
- Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Litigator with litigation rights
- Experience on Credit Hire and Damage claims (or Motor/related Civil Litigation with Credit Hire experience)
- Caseload management experience for credit hire or related claims
- Strong compliance with client SLAs, protocols and KPIs
- Organisational and prioritisation skills; ability to work independently with escalation when needed
- Commercial awareness with ability to assess legal positions and proportionality of arguments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and stakeholder engagement
