From pre-litigation to high-stakes litigation, we tackle technical cases and work closely with clients and law enforcement agencies like IFED and the Regional Fraud Teams to disrupt organised fraud networks.As part of the Property fraud team, you’ll handle complex and high-value claims involving fraudulent property damage, exaggerated loss, and staged incidents—often linked to organised fraud networks. You’ll work closely with insurers, loss adjusters, and law enforcement to investigate suspicious claims and defend against financial loss.What you will do?Our team manages a broad and challenging caseload of suspected fraudulent claims, acting on behalf of major UK insurers. Your work will involve investigating and defending against a wide spectrum of fraud types—from opportunistic individual claims to complex, organised fraud rings. You’ll play a key role in identifying fraud indicators, developing case strategies, and delivering commercially focused legal advice that supports our clients’ anti-fraud objectives.You will take ownership of a caseload of predominantly litigated claims, all with fraud concerns. You’ll work across multiple clients under Delegated and Non-Delegated authority agreements, with the support of experienced leaders.
