b Overview /b p In this role you will support a dedicated Technology Disputes and Cyber and Data Risk team, handling technology liability and data/privacy claims. You will work closely with clients, contribute to breach notifications, and help grow the Bristol practice and beyond. You will operate at the cutting edge of this emerging legal area with supervision from senior practitioners, while maintaining autonomy in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This is a chance to shape the response to cyber incidents and data risk for a range of clients, including insurers. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Interact directly with clients in a supportive environment /li li Deliver knowledge and provide meaningful advice to clients /li li Support on breach notifications /li li Support growth of the practice in Bristol and beyond /li li Operate at the cutting edge of this emerging area of law /li li Use autonomy with supervision from leading practitioners /li li Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with time-pressured decisions /li li Collaborate across the team, firm, and with clients /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Experience within a professional liability/commercial disputes practice /li li Ability to take ownership and responsibility for matters /li li Good communication, relationship and client handling skills /li li Ability to deal confidently and professionally with clients on day-to-day issues /li li Able to demonstrate self-sufficiency with awareness of boundaries of competence/authority /li li Change oriented with a positive, flexible approach to new initiatives /li li Team oriented and collegiate with willingness to share knowledge /li /ul ul li communication /li li ownership /li li client handling /li li professionalism /li li team collaboration /li li experience in professional liability/commercial disputes /li /ul
