DAC Beachcroft is seeking a Senior Associate to join our London-based Corporate team. This role involves leading transactional work for an established portfolio of clients in the UK and internationally. You will manage a variety of corporate transactions, ensuring high-quality service delivery while engaging with client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years PQE in corporate transactions, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic team environment.
