Our Immigration Team are on the lookout for a talented and highly motivated individual to join us as a Paralegal. We are interested in hearing from individuals who have previous experience of working in a Paralegal role, especially those coming from an Immigration background.
Key Responsibilities
Applications for a variety of work visas;
Assisting businesses with queries relating to sponsoring overseas workers;
Advising on visa applications by family members of British citizens;
Supporting businesses with right to work checks;
Supporting clients with sponsorship licence audits and applications.
We remain flexible to be able to work from either Bristol, Manchester, Leeds, Newcastle or London.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
A good academic record with a 2.1 in Law or a related subject.
Previous experience of working as a Paralegal, especially those coming from within an immigration team.
A keen interest in pursuing a career in immigration law.
A confident communicator.
An eye for quality and sound IT skills.
A flexible and self‐motivated team player.
A desire to grow their career within DAC Beachcroft.
