Assist client teams in capitalising on business development opportunities by supporting proposals, capability statements, client plans and client commitment documents.Support the delivery, growth and evaluation of the firm's client listening programmes, helping ensure feedback is translated into meaningful actions and improvements.Act as the primary contact for DACB's Post Matter Review (PMR) programme, helping maximise opportunities identified through client feedback and contributing to continuous improvement of the process.Promote and encourage effective use of client development technologies and tools, including client listening platforms, CRM systems and engagement tools, through training, communications and stakeholder engagement.Analyse client and prospect data, producing dashboards, reports and presentations that provide actionable insights and recommendations for client teams and business leaders.Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseEssentialPrevious experience within a business development, client development or client listening role.Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data and communicate insights effectively.High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency across Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Teams.DesirableExperience within a legal or wider professional services environment.Experience using CRM systems and business development technologies.Knowledge of client feedback and client listening methodologies.Experience creating reports, presentations and data-driven recommendations.What You'll BringYou will be a proactive and resourceful individual who enjoys working collaboratively while also taking ownership of your own workload.
