This role offers exposure to high-quality London-based work within a collaborative and commercially focused team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting partners and senior lawyers on significant matters, while also taking responsibility for managing transactions and developing strong client relationships. It is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious 5 PQE lawyer seeking to deepen their development and finance experience within a supportive and entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the seniors in the team having responsibility for key tasks in large scale or high value projects, as well as generally supporting the wider transaction.
