We are looking for a Legal Secretary to join CSG, supporting our lawyers within our Property service line.

The workload will initially include payments, new matter set up, data inputting, printing and audio typing.

We encourage you to develop and grow in this role with a view to further progression within the team.

This role will be based in our Belfast office 5 days per week during probation and following successful passing of probation will move to a hybrid role.

What you will do

  • Preparing correspondence and documents from digital dictation alongside proofreading speech recognition dictation.
  • Answering/making telephone calls.
  • Managing the case management system (as appropriate).
  • Setting up of new files/ closing files / making payments.
  • Booking travel / processing expenses
  • Checking in-boxes and/or homeworker in-boxes.
  • Ensuring client contact information is kept up to date and data is accurate.
  • Share knowledge / skills within the team.

Who you are

  • Previous secretarial/administration experience is desirable however, we are open to individuals who do not have previous experience.
  • Good PC skills, e. g. MS Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.
  • An excellent eye for detail with a concern for quality and accuracy.
  • A focused client service approach.
  • Team oriented and collaborative. approach with a flexible, can do attitude
