Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the technology delivery function with strong PMO governance and delivery disciplines
- Oversee major technology programmes and implementations (case management systems, data platforms, HR, finance, CRM)
- Own and manage platform and product roadmaps for internal and client-facing solutions
- Prioritise features and initiatives with senior stakeholders based on business needs and strategy
- Drive agile delivery practices and remove delivery risks and roadblocks
- Facilitate clear communication between business and technology teams throughout project lifecycles
- Oversee QA, testing strategies, and release management for critical platforms
- Lead delivery of client-facing technology solutions (customer portals, system integrations, automated workflows, AI-enabled products)
- Track and report product, platform and programme performance and business value
- Key requirements
- Significant experience delivering large-scale technology programmes, platforms, or products with leadership in delivery
- Proven success managing complex technology implementations in regulated environments
- Strong understanding of programme management, governance, and PMO best practice, with experience establishing Product Management in a growing business
- Experience leading high-performing delivery, project management, or product teams
- Strong knowledge of agile delivery methodologies in hybrid (agile/waterfall) environments
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on delivery
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication at all levels
- Experience or knowledge of regulated industries affecting technology delivery
