Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain enterprise technology strategy and multi-year roadmap
- Assess technology landscape and platform investments for business alignment and regulatory compliance
- Define target-state architecture across applications, data, integrations, infrastructure, and security
- Establish architecture standards and integration principles for core platforms
- Lead strategic evaluations, business cases, and transformation initiatives including platform modernisation and migrations
- Evaluate technology options for TCO, business value, scalability, and operational impact
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, roadmaps, and escalation
- Drive adoption and change management to maximise value of technology investments
- Advise senior leadership on emerging technologies and market trends
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to align architecture with current and future needs
Key requirements
- Significant experience in technology leadership, enterprise architecture, technology strategy, or digital transformation
- Proven track record delivering large-scale technology transformation, modernisation, or migration programmes
- Strong understanding of EA principles, systems integration, and technology governance
- Experience developing technology roadmaps aligned to business objectives
- Commercially astute with vendor management and contract negotiation experience
- Ability to evaluate complex technology options and communicate to technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong stakeholder management with experience influencing senior leaders
