The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.
We are looking for a number of Paralegals to join our market leading CSG team that works with over 40 insurance companies and self-insured corporates. This role will be situated in Birmingham on a permanent basis. Depending on your level of experience you might be asked to come into the office 5 times a week before moving to a hybrid model of working upon successfully passing probation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a timely, professional and high-quality service to our clients in the management of claims.
- Be responsible for a varied caseload of pre-litigated or litigated work.
- Screen matters for prospects and liaise with clients upon receipt of instructions.
- Review instructions and provide client advice on case prospects.
- Resolve claims through negotiation and litigation within client service standards.
- Instruct experts and counsel, draft Witness Statements and other Court documents.
- Maintain contact with our clients and their Customers whilst proactively managing their expectations.
- Meet individual performance measures (financial performance, realisation rates and other KPIs).
- Ensure that the DAC Beachcroft brand and standards are maintained.
