b Overview /b p In this role you will support client accounts within the Retail Consumer (Recoveries) team, handling data entry, document creation, and communication with stakeholders. You will ensure accuracy and timely service to clients while meeting SLAs and KPIs, and you will assist with case management setup and MI data. The work involves liaising with opponent representatives and third parties, triaging recoveries, and handling CCTV and related documents. You join a collaborative, detail‑driven environment that values initiative and cross‑functional teamwork, with a clear path to hybrid work after probation. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li private medical insurance /li li income protection insurance /li li discounted gym membership /li li professional funding /li li in-person and remote social events /li li ESG involvement /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Data entry and data accuracy for client accounts /li li Create client communication documents (letters, emails) /li li Meet client and firm SLAs and KPIs /li li Assist with matter setup on the case management system /li li Assist with MI management and data accuracy /li li Liaise with opponents and third parties (predominantly via phone) /li li Referencing and triaging recoveries via shared inbox /li li Search for client recovery files using portals (e.g., CCTV, Accident Documentation) /li li Perform other administrative duties as required /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Previous Admin/Administration experience essential /li li Hands-on file management and organisation /li li Confident phone communicator with professional manner /li li Strong IT skills including Excel (formulas, pivot tables, lookups) and basic data analysis /li li Exceptional attention to detail /li li Strong organisational skills and prioritisation in a shifting workload /li li Ability to work independently and use initiative /li li Collaborative mindset within claims team /li li Clear and positive communication skills /li li Experience with finance systems (preferred but not essential) /li li Alignment with Firm’s Cultural Principles (Clear, Creative, Determined, Supportive) /li /ul ul li professional telephone manner /li li attention to detail /li li organizational skills /li li Excel (formulas, pivot tables, lookups) /li li case management system /li li data analysis /li /ul
