The CSG Complex Injury team is looking for a Case Administrator to join the team. You will provide admin support to lawyers in the team in running complex and catastrophic injury files of a high value and importance to our clients. The Complex Injury team works on behalf of insurance companies and corporates, investigating and resolving high value personal injury compensation claims. This is an exciting time to join, as you will be part of a new and expanding team.
What you will do:
- Assist with the running of files to ensure deadlines are met and cases managed proactively to conclusion
- Ensure work is carried out effectively to meet the needs of the clients and the commercial requirements of the firm
- Assist with the set-up of new files in the case management system
- Diarise court directions
- Update CRU certificates
- Obtain and chase medical records
- Submit payment requests
- Chase orders and settlement cheques
- Liaise with courts, opponent solicitors and other third parties
- Complete basic legal forms
- Organise and prepare for counsel instructions
- Perform other administrative duties as required
Who you are:

- Organised and able to prioritise and manage a constantly changing workload
- Able to make decisions within own areas of responsibility

- Administration experience or practical experience of file management (preferred)
- Experience of using a case management system (preferred)
- Experience of finance systems (preferred)
