Job Overview
The Business Development Manager (BDM) will work with the Head of Business Development and Sector Heads to drive the firm's strategy for creating sustainable value through business development and growth initiatives. This role focuses on the Financial Services sector and Corporate teams, leveraging cross-sector campaigns and strategic partnerships. It involves market-facing activities, networking, and creating new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate on client program development, embedding sales culture and identifying sector opportunities.
- Coordinate with bids, marketing, and client listening teams to align campaigns, track sales pipelines, and enhance client relationships.
- Leverage strategic partnerships to generate leads and increase visibility in Financial Services.
