- Requires a minimum of 5 GCSE passes including English and Maths (or equivalent)
- The following skills are essential:
- Good written and oral communication skills are vital alongside strong stakeholder engagement skills, able to confidently and effectively communicate and collaborate with colleagues at all levels
- Proactive and willing to take ownership of tasks and projects
- Highly organised, has the ability to prioritise effectively and deal calmly with deadlines and conflicting priorities
- Team oriented, flexible and enthusiastic with a positive and collaborative approach
- Ability to work autonomously and use own initiative when required
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- IT and data literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Some experience of working with People systems and/or administration essential
- Solutions orientated, with an enthusiasm for innovation and improvement
- Demonstrates alignment with the Firm’s Cultural Principles (Clear, Creative, Determined and Supportive)
- The ability to understand a professional services business environment is preferred
- Previous experience of providing administrative support to a busy team is preferred
