Description
Our Immigration Team are on the lookout for a talented and highly motivated individual to join us as a Paralegal. We are interested in hearing from individuals who have previous experience of working in a Paralegal role, especially those coming from an Immigration background.
Key Responsibilities
- Applications for a variety of work visas;
- Assisting businesses with queries relating to sponsoring overseas workers;
- Advising on visa applications by family members of British citizens; and
- Supporting businesses with right to work checks.
- Supporting clients with sponsorship licence audits and applications.
We remain flexible to be able to work from either Bristol, Manchester (where the hiring supervisor will be based), Leeds, Newcastle or London.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- A good academic record with a 2.1 in Law or a related subject.
- Previous experience of working as a Paralegal, especially those coming from within an immigration team.
- A keen interest in persuing a career in immigration law .
- A confident communicator.
- An eye for quality and sound IT skills.
- A flexible and self-motivated team player.
- A desire to grow their career within DACB.
