DAC Beachcroft LLP in Leeds seeks an Employee Relations & Policy Advisor to provide proactive and reactive expert advice to managers on a range of colleague matters across the lifecycle, with possible face-to-face support as required.
The role sits in the national ER & Policy team reporting to the ER & Policy Lead.
You will develop and update HR policies in line with current law, handle ER cases from informal discussions to formal hearings, and analyse ER data to identify trends.
