We are looking for a proactive and detail‑driven Client Support Administrator to join our fast‑paced Retail & Consumer Claims Handling team at CSG. Based in Leeds, this is an exciting 6‑month fixed‑term opportunity to become part of a team that keeps things moving and delivers an exceptional service to our clients. What you will do?
- You are expected to provide a timely, professional and high-quality service to our clients in the management of claims.
- Assist with the day to day running of a client account with a particular focus on data entry and data accuracy.
- Ensure work is carried out effectively to meet the needs of the clients and the commercial requirements of the firm with adherence to internal and client SLAs and KPIs.
- Assisting with matter set up on our case management system.
- Assisting with MI management ensuring accuracy with the data.
- Liaising with opponent representatives and other third parties (predominately via phone calls).
- Referencing and triaging post via a shared email inbox.
- Other administrative duties, as required.
Who you are
- You will have proven experience in administration.
- Hands‑on experience managing and organising files.
- Confidence in making and receiving calls, with a professional telephone manner.
- Strong IT skills, including working knowledge of Excel (formulas, pivot tables, look‑ups) and the ability to handle basic data analysis.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and adapt to shifting workloads.
- The confidence to work independently and use your initiative.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within the claims team.
- Clear and positive communication skills, with an enthusiastic approach to your work.
- Experience using finance systems (preferred but not essential).
- Demonstrates alignment with the Firm’s Cultural Principles (Clear, Creative, Determined and Supportive).
