The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 Β£ per year.
The role will be to support all e-billing administrative duties and own a small client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce retyped bills to reflect the agreed values following approval and emailing to the appropriate recipient.
- Raise credit notes as required.
- Email VAT invoices to lawyers once the e-billing process is complete.
- Follow up on missing client references with Secretarial Team Leads.
- Support in updating lawyer rates on the e-billing portals prior to invoice submission.
- Support in submitting invoices for time sensitive clients.
- Triage team email inbox.
- Support with client onboarding documentation requirements.
- Support with delivery of client reports relating to final invoices to client and internal stakeholders.
- Request disbursement vouchers.
- Support in purging time recording with regards draft billing.
- Attend weekly 1-2-1 meetings with E-Billing Team Manager and full team meetings.
- Any other ad hoc tasks as required.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Experience of working in an e-billing function in a law firm environment is highly advantageous but not essential as the right skill set is as important as experience.
- Full training will be provided to the successful candidate.
- Organised and able to multi-task and prioritise on a daily basis.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to own the process.
- Strong communication skills.
