Purpose of the role: To provide analysis of, and help develop solutions for, business problems and initiatives. To provide guidance and support to other Business Analysts within Business Services and DACB.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring the clear and accurate identification of business problems and requirements
- Production of appropriately documented, effective and measurable solution designs
- Clear communication with and to all stakeholders
- Data Analysis and Insights
- Assisting in the continuous improvement of processes and procedures
- Management and reporting of team workload and to assist in resource planning
- Mentor and develop junior team members, including on-boarding new starters
- Is also willing to take ownership on any other tasks and responsibilities as required
