This position is a full-time, hybrid, 6-month fixed-term contract based in Bristol, reporting to the Head of Procurement. The main responsibility is to provide administrative support to the Procurement team.
Key Responsibilities
- Stay updated on procurement policies, processes, legislation, and market knowledge.
- Provide efficient administrative support, including arranging meetings, note-taking, and preparing agendas.
- Manage procurement-related administrative duties such as ESG Data capture, Third Party Risk Management, and Supplier Relationship systems.
- Maintain procurement documentation, administer supplier contracts, and ensure records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Support in managing procurement risks and issues.
- Assist in maintaining and reviewing procurement systems and generate activity reports.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.
- Experience in procurement administration or similar role is desirable.
- Strong organizational skills and IT proficiency (Word, Excel, Internet).
