Overview
Paralegal – Property Litigation role at DAC Beachcroft Dublin. Real Estate – Property Litigation team; focus on a mix of litigation and transactional work within a busy national team.
Responsibilities
- Working across litigation and transactional work from day one, with the opportunity to own your own files and interact with clients.
- Assist across pre-litigation work, and support with tribunals in County and High Court proceedings.
- Engage in commercial debt recovery and distressed tenant matters.
- Prepare and issue tort notices.
- Prepare title and lease reports, break notices, lease and other landlords and tenants documentation, drafting and negotiation.
- Provide general assistance to fee earners on a variety of client matters.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Essential
- Excellent academics including a 2.1 degree or better.
- A genuine interest in the law and property.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce work to a high standard.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients (internal and external) and third party contacts at all levels.
- Flexible, organized, self-motivated team player able to work within the team to achieve goals.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Desirable
- At least 6 months in a similar Litigation or Real Estate-focused Paralegal role.
