We are currently seeking a skilled Typescript Developer with experience in cloud-native and containerized development for an exciting project in London. Our client is a renowned technology-driven organization, operating at the forefront of digital transformation. You will be joining a high-performing development team working on modern, cloud-native applications built on AWS and containerized microservices. Collaboration, innovation, and high-quality engineering are at the core of their culture.
This is a hybrid role based in London, requiring onsite presence days per week. The initial contract is for months, with strong potential for extension. This role is offered on a daily rate of up to £–£ (Inside IR).
Key Responsibilities- Develop robust and efficient services and applications using Typescript.
- Support existing microservices built using Docker and AWS serverless architecture.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver scalable solutions.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and help define technical standards.
- Ensure code quality, security, and performance best practices are followed.
- Strong hands-on experience in Typescript development (core skill).
- Experience in Docker-based development and containerization.
- Proficiency with AWS serverless technologies such as Lambda, Kinesis Streams, EventBridge, and EventMapper.
- Experience with ECS and AWS Fargate for container orchestration.
- Impactful Work: Work on mission-critical, modern applications with a forward-thinking tech team.
- Hybrid Flexibility: Work from a central London office days a week, with flexibility for remote days.
- Contract Type: -month contract, with strong likelihood of extension.
Expect one or two rounds of technical interviews focusing on development and architecture, followed by a client round to assess cultural fit and project alignment.
