At Dabster, we specialize in connecting top talent with leading global companies. We are currently seeking an experienced System Requirement Engineer to join our client's team. Our client is a key player in the energy and power transmission sector, focusing on Offshore HVDC technology to support ambitious renewable energy goals in Europe. As part of their team, you will contribute to major projects that drive the transition to clean energy, particularly in Germany and the Netherlands.

We are looking for a System Requirement Engineer to oversee and manage systems engineering technical tasks related to Offshore HVDC projects. You will be responsible for planning, supervising, and coordinating system requirements, ensuring quality and consistency across the project lifecycle. This is a 6-month B2B contract with the possibility of extension. The role is hybrid, requiring you to work onsite in Stafford at least three times a week.

  • Perform in-depth requirements analysis to align with project needs.
  • Ensure quality and consistency in system engineering deliverables.
  • Maintain effective communication within and across the requirements management database.
  • Implement and uphold ISO/IEC/IEEE 15288:2015 Systems and Software Engineering processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Automation and Control Engineering, or a related field.
  • ~5+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, with expertise in Requirements Management, Verification, and Validation.
  • ~Experience in HVDC Power Transmission or a similar field is preferred.
  • ~Proficiency in IBM® DOORS and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools.
  • ~Willingness to travel as required.
