About the Role: We are looking for a UX Designer/Scrum Master/Techno-Functional expert to join on a -month hybrid contract, with strong potential for extension. This unique role combines user experience design, Agile project leadership, and functional technical expertise. You'll be responsible for driving user-centered design processes, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and ensuring seamless coordination between business and technical stakeholders. This is a hybrid position based in London, requiring days per week onsite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the UX design process—create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for new digital product features.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring alignment on goals and solutions.
- Analyze complex business requirements and contribute to both strategic and hands-on design decisions.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in UX tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar platforms.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) with practical Agile/Scrum experience.
