  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Oversee the deployment and installation of pharmacy robots across various sites, primarily in the Midlands, with potential travel across the UK.
  • Manage all logistical aspects of installation, including site assessment, parking arrangements for delivery vehicles, and on-site coordination.
  • Assist in designing and implementing efficient workflows within central pharmacies to optimize the use of robotic systems.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and communicate progress, challenges, and achievements to stakeholders.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, hospital pharmacists, and hospital departments to ensure satisfaction and project alignment with business goals.
  • Organize and lead project meetings, ensuring all team members are aligned and informed.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination with hospital pharmacies and other departments to support the effective integration of robotic systems.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders, including hospital pharmacists and departments.
  • Ability to travel across the UK to oversee project sites and engage with clients.
  • Experience with robotic systems, pharmacy operations, or healthcare infrastructure is advantageous.
