Job Description:
- Use VR headsets and gloves to control high-tech robotics with precision.
- Convert human motion into robotic action—your movements shape how robots learn.
- Perform structured, repeatable tasks that support the development of advanced AI models.
- Stay fully immersed using live video feeds, depth cues, and system feedback.
- Engage in active, full-body motion: bending, squatting, reaching, standing, and sitting during VR sessions, includes walking outside VR.
- Handle and transport robot batteries (25–30 lbs) to keep daily operations running smoothly.
- Prep and calibrate robot workstations to ensure smooth handoff between operators.
- Meet daily quotas and quality benchmarks with accuracy and consistency.
- Spot issues like tracking drift, unusual robot behavior, or hardware problems.
- Record session details, observations, and anomalies in tracking tools.
- Organize, validate, label, and upload high-quality robotics data.
- Track configuration changes in software, hardware, and environment setups.
- Perform basic system checks—sensor alignment, connectivity, calibration.
- Communicate technical issues clearly to engineering teams.
- Follow safety guidelines, ergonomic best practices, and equipment protocols.
- Continuously learn through training and support improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with teammates to raise performance and data quality.
