We are seeking an experienced IT Application Portfolio Lead/Manager to support strategic integration initiatives, particularly in M&A environments. This role requires a strong blend of technology portfolio management, stakeholder engagement, and financial analysis.

Role Overview
You will play a key role in IT portfolio integration and vendor alignment, ensuring smooth transitions, optimized costs, and maximum value realization during mergers and acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and organize IT asset portfolios, identify gaps, and align with M&A integration requirements
- Evaluate future-state strategies (merge, replatform, retain, decommission) and identify redundancies
- Perform cost vs value analysis and support decision-making
- Develop technology roadmaps, timelines, and transition plans
- Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to drive decisions and manage risks, issues, and dependencies
- Lead stakeholder engagement and communication, including change impact analysis
- Track post-integration benefits and monitor portfolio KPIs such as: Cost-to-serve, Utilization, Redundancy, Technical debt, Onboarding timelines
- Work with Application Portfolio Management (APM) and Enterprise Architecture (EA) tools (e.g., ServiceNow APM, LeanIX, CMDB)
- Perform financial modeling including TCO, NPV, and payback analysis
- Ensure high data quality across IT inventory and metadata
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in IT portfolio management & integration (M&A preferred)
- Expertise in vendor and contract alignment strategies
- Hands-on experience with APM/EA tools (ServiceNow APM, LeanIX, CMDB)
- Solid understanding of financial modeling and investment analysis
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage complex dependencies, risks, and critical paths
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to data quality and governance
