You will lead discovery, design, and governance; define the solution blueprint; ensure alignment to Microsoft best practices; and orchestrate cross-functional teams (functional, technical, integrations, data, and testing) to deliver a scalable, compliant, and upgrade-ready solution.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Ownership & Blueprint: Define and maintain the functional architecture covering Finance (GL/AP/AR/FA/Tax/Cash & Bank/Budgeting) Supply Chain (Procurement, Sales, Inventory, WMS, Master Planning). Conduct fit-gap analysis, drive process harmonization, and establish global template / CoE standards. Ensure alignment with Microsoft's extension model and update/upgrade readiness.
- Design Governance & Quality: Chair design authority forums; review FRDs/BRDs; enforce configuration-first and minimal customization principles. Approve integrations, reporting, and data migration designs; validate non-functional requirements (security, performance, compliance).
- Stakeholder Leadership: Facilitate CXO and business workshops; translate strategic goals into solution capabilities and a phased roadmap. Partner with technical leads on interfaces (OData/Data Entities/APIs/Power Platform/Azure), and with Finance/SCM SMEs on process outcomes.
- Delivery & Risk Management: Oversee CRP, UAT, Go-Live, and Hypercare readiness; track defects and design risks to closure. Define cutover strategy, opening balances, sub-ledger data, and reconciliation models.
- Compliance & Controls: Embed internal controls, audit readiness, and statutory/localization requirements (e.g., GST/e-invoicing, WHT). Ensure security roles, segregation of duties (SoD), and data privacy are addressed.
- Enablement & Change: Create process maps, training assets, and playbooks; drive user adoption and change management in partnership with business leaders. Mentor functional consultants and reviewers; uplift team capability.
Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong grasp of GAAP/IFRS, statutory localizations, tax (GST/VAT/WHT), and audit/compliance requirements.
- Hands-on with LCS, Azure DevOps, RSAT, data management (Data Entities), and Power BI/Reporting governance.
- Excellent stakeholder management, solution documentation, and decision-making in design authority settings.
- Should have strong technical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate and/or Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate.
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate approvals, model-driven apps), Azure services (Logic Apps, Service Bus), and performance optimization.
