Are you passionate about semiconductor verification and cutting-edge high-performance computing technologies? We are looking for an experienced Lead Design Verification Engineer to join a world-class engineering team working on next-generation controllers and high-speed interconnect technologies. This is a hands-on Individual Contributor (IC) role where you will play a key part in the verification of complex SoC/IP designs, contributing to advanced controller verification programs across PCIe, DDR/LPDDR, Ethernet, and other high-performance computing protocols.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead verification activities for complex IP and controller designs, including:
    • PCIe Controllers
    • DDR / LPDDR Controllers
    • UAL Controllers
    • AMBA Peripheral Verification
  • Develop and execute robust verification strategies using UVM and SystemVerilog.
  • Create, enhance, and maintain reusable verification environments and test benches.
  • Define, develop, and execute new test cases from scratch to achieve functional and coverage goals.
  • Utilize protocol VIPs effectively for verification of complex interfaces and protocols.
  • Perform debugging, root cause analysis, and issue resolution independently.
  • Collaborate closely with design, architecture, and system teams to ensure high-quality silicon delivery.
  • Drive coverage closure and verification sign-off activities.
  • Contribute to verification methodology improvements and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong hands-on experience in Design Verification for ASIC/SoC/IP development.
  • Expert-level knowledge of:
    • SystemVerilog (SV)
    • Universal Verification Methodology (UVM)
  • Experience verifying complex High-Performance Computing (HPC) protocols such as:
    • PCIe (Gen4/Gen5/Gen6/Gen7)
    • CXL
    • DDR / LPDDR
    • High-Speed Ethernet
  • Strong experience using industry-standard Protocol VIPs.
  • Proven ability to write verification plans, develop test cases, and build verification components from scratch.
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Experience with coverage-driven verification methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of SoC verification flows and methodologies.

Preferred Experience

  • Verification of high-speed controller IPs and interconnect protocols.
  • AMBA-based subsystem and peripheral verification.
  • Experience working in large-scale semiconductor development environments.
  • Exposure to advanced verification tools and automation frameworks.
  • Familiarity with performance validation and system-level verification.
