Who Will You Work With:

You will work with one of the top-tier financial services firms in the UK, playing a vital role in their commercial lending transformation programme. This is a high-impact role within a fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams across the organization to drive the delivery of scalable and efficient loan solutions.

About the Role:

We are looking for a hands-on Business Analyst—not a Project Manager—who brings deep expertise in Loan IQ and commercial loan systems. You will be responsible for driving end-to-end analysis, requirement gathering, and supporting testing phases across the project lifecycle.

This is a -month contract position with strong potential for extension . The role is hybrid , requiring days per week onsite at one of the following locations: Radbroke, Northampton, or Glasgow, UK .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth business analysis within commercial lending, specifically in Loan IQ

  • Gather, document, and manage detailed business requirements and acceptance criteria

  • Lead analysis workshops and stakeholder discussions from concept to execution

  • Support QA/testing teams by troubleshooting and triaging system issues

  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders—both written and verbal

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams while following Agile methodologies
