You will work with one of the top-tier financial services firms in the UK, playing a vital role in their commercial lending transformation programme. This is a high-impact role within a fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams across the organization to drive the delivery of scalable and efficient loan solutions.
About the Role:
We are looking for a hands-on Business Analyst—not a Project Manager—who brings deep expertise in Loan IQ and commercial loan systems. You will be responsible for driving end-to-end analysis, requirement gathering, and supporting testing phases across the project lifecycle.
This is a -month contract position with strong potential for extension . The role is hybrid , requiring days per week onsite at one of the following locations: Radbroke, Northampton, or Glasgow, UK .
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth business analysis within commercial lending, specifically in Loan IQ
Gather, document, and manage detailed business requirements and acceptance criteria
Lead analysis workshops and stakeholder discussions from concept to execution
Support QA/testing teams by troubleshooting and triaging system issues
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders—both written and verbal
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams while following Agile methodologies
