As a Canvass Supervisor, you’ll knock on doors alongside your team, schedule free inspections and estimates for the sales team (no closing required). Compensation
- Uncapped performance bonuses
- Average supervisors earn $1,500 – $3,000/month in bonuses
- Top supervisors exceed $4,000/month in bonuses
- $23.50/hour base pay
Requirements
- Walk neighborhoods for extended periods — this is an active, boots-on-the-ground role
- Strong communicators who aren’t afraid of rejection
- Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions
- Available Monday – Saturdays
- A valid driver’s license and a good driving record is essential for this role.

- Lead & Motivate the Team — Support and motivate a team of canvassers to achieve daily and weekly goals
