We are seeking a driven and dynamic Canvass Manager to lead, develop, and inspire a team of field canvassers.
This role is ideal for a results-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and is passionate about coaching others to succeed.
As a Canvass Manager, you will be responsible for executing canvassing strategies, recruiting and training team members, and ensuring consistent achievement of lead generation goals.

Compensation
- Uncapped performance bonuses
- Average supervisors earn $1,500 – $3,000/month in bonuses
- Top supervisors exceed $4,000/month in bonuses
- $60,000 salary base pay
Requirements
- Walk neighborhoods for extended periods — this is an active, boots-on-the-ground role
- Strong communicators who aren’t afraid of rejection
- Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions
- Available Monday – Saturdays
- A valid driver’s license
- A good driving record
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of canvassers to meet and exceed performance targets
- Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback
- Oversee daily field activities including door-to-door outreach and appointment setting
- Support team members in developing strong communication and customer engagement skills
- Build positive relationships with homeowners and represent the company professionally
- Track performance metrics and report on team results
- Ensure safe and efficient transportation of team members to designated areas
